Description
We’re looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems. This role will provide direct support to the Corporate Support Manager in daily operations. We are seeking a reliable professional detail-oriented and with the ability to manage multiple tasks proactively and effectively.
Roles and responsibilities
Travel coordination: booking and managing flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Office management: ownership of office operations, including maintenance, supplies, vendor coordination, and overall workplace functionality.
Coordination and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders (HR, Administration, Finance, vendors), ensuring timely execution of processes.
Management of strategic documents and sensitive information.
Preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Proactive support across teams, identifying operational needs and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
What we expect from you
Educational background: Secretarial Studies, Business Administration (student or graduate), or technical programs in Administration.
Languages: Intermediate English level (spoken and written)
Experience: at least 3 years of experience in similar roles, supporting Corporate / Administration departments
Commitment, proactivity, and ability to anticipate needs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and time management.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Office and Google Workspace tools.
