Description
You will be responsible for providing direct support to the C-Level, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the business to move forward without friction.
You will manage the executive calendar, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare key documents and communications, and oversee strategic projects. Additionally, you will handle sensitive information with discretion, anticipate needs, and support the CEO proactively in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Roles and responsibilities
Planning, coordination, and follow-up of the executive calendar.
Monitoring the CEO’s pendings and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordination and follow-up with different internal and external stakeholders (HR, Finance, among others), in line with established processes.
Preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
Management of strategic documents and sensitive information.
Anticipation of requirements and constant support to the CEO.
Travel coordination: booking and managing flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
Office management: oversight of office maintenance, supplies, vendors and facilities
What we expect from you
Degree or ongoing studies in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, supporting senior or C-level executives.
Advanced knowledge of Office and Google Workspace tools.
